Spartek Systems to Provide IP Anywhere Wireless Information Services

Spartek Systems Inc. (“SPARTEK”) and Wireless Matrix Corporation (“WIRELESS MATRIX”) are pleased to announce they are working together to deploy WIRELESS MATRIX’s industry-leading IP Anywhere wireless information service to SPARTEK’s domestic and international customer base. The companies have targeted an initial deployment of 500 units at key SPARTEK customer accounts in selected international markets. The service will be delivered through a packaged lease program under monthly service agreements to major national and international oil companies, with an initial focus on key SPARTEK customers in South America and the Middle East.

IP Anywhere is a corporate industrial wireless IP-based information service which allows customers to monitor and control remote assets and processes anywhere in the world from internet-enabled PC’s and handheld devices. The initial focus for IP Anywhere deployment is the domestic and international oil and gas industry, although penetration of other industries is now underway.
