Spartek Systems developed the Line Management System (LMS) to provide our customers with a cost effective solution for managing wellsite information during logging operations. The self contained unit incorporates a real time clock and has the capability to display and record depth, speed, tension, location, and data from client specific instrumentation interfaced to the remaining analog input channels.

The LMS can be operated in a standalone mode or in combination with a Windows compatible PC. In standalone mode all data is recorded to non-volatile memory. Data can be retrieved using a standard compact flash memory card, or the data can be transferred to a PC using the USB or serial port interface. The LMS can also be coupled with a PC to form a real time data acquisition system capable of displaying and processing information in realtime.

The flexible configuration allows the LMS to be utilized as an easy to use memory encoder with memory based logging tools; a wellsite monitoring system recording tension, depth, speed, casing pressure, and tubing pressure; or a value priced three channel real time data acquisition system for SRO logging.
