Return Instructions
Please follow these instructions for sending gauges and other equipment to Spartek Systems for repair.
Please contact your Spartek Representative if you have any questions on which facility to send
your equipment to for repair. PLEASE DO NOT SEND BATTERIES (see below)

Please make sure the gauges or other equipment are packed in their original
pelican case´s, as this will prevent any damage occuring during transport. |
| 2. | Gauges can be sent by either Courier or Air freight.
If sending to the Dubai repair facility it is recommended that you ship via
FedEx courier. Please contact a Spartek Representative to coordinate and
agree on shipment values prior to shipping. |

DO NOT send BATTERIES with the gauges. These are Dangerous Goods
and must be treated as such. |

Please complete the Return Authorization Form. Include a copy of the form with the shipment and email the form with a PDF copy of the shipping documents and AWB (be sure to
include the serial numbers of the gauges or equipment you are shipping) to
support@sparteksystems.com, this will allow us to pre clear the shipment and avoid
delays. |
