Overview - SRO / Memory PLT
The Production Logging System developed by Spartek Systems is
available in either 1 3/8" or 1" diameter. The system
utilizes an industry standard RS485 instrument bus to maximize
flexibility, and provide easy integration of new measurements.
Today, the tool string can be configured to include any combination
of the available sensors:

Both memory and SRO data acquisition modes are supported. In SRO
mode, high speed digital wireline telemetry technology is utilized
to transmit data in real time to the PC based surface acquisition
system. Alternatively, in memory mode, the sensor data is stored
on non-volatile flash memory until it is downloaded at surface
using the SparWorks software. This flexibility allows the instruments
to be used with electric line, slickline or other conveyance methods
to achieve both practical and cost effective operations.
